These terms apply when you book or take part in coaching with ElevateLife Coaching.
Coaching is not therapy
Coaching is a goal-focused conversation between healthy, functioning adults. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice. You stay responsible for your own decisions and results.
Programs and payment
- Programs are one-time payments, taken after your free fit call once you choose a program.
- Sessions are valid for six months from your first session.
- Prices on this site include all fees. We don’t run subscriptions or auto-renewals.
Scheduling
You can reschedule or cancel a session free up to 24 hours before it starts. Sessions cancelled or missed inside 24 hours count as used, though we will waive this once per program for genuine emergencies.
Switching coaches
You may switch coaches at any time at no cost. Remaining sessions carry over.
