About ElevateLife

Coaching without the hype.

We started ElevateLife because too much coaching sounded like a motivational poster. We wanted the opposite: honest, practical, measurable — and priced so you can see it before you commit.

Our story

Started in a South Austin coffee shop

ElevateLife began in 2019 with two coaches, one shared calendar and a simple rule: every client gets a clear plan after every session, in writing. If you can’t see progress on paper, you can’t tell whether coaching is working.

Six coaches later, the rule hasn’t changed. Neither has the other one — if coaching isn’t the right tool for you, we say so on the first call, even if that means we don’t get the booking.

Today we coach people across the US online, and in person from our studio on South Lamar, a short walk from the Butler Trail — which is where most of our walk-and-talk sessions happen.

How we coach

Three things you’ll notice

  1. 01

    Questions before answers

Your coach won’t hand you a script. They’ll ask the question you’ve been avoiding, then help you find an answer you actually believe.

  2. 02

    Small steps, every week

Every session ends with one or two concrete actions. Big change is just a lot of small, dull, finished steps.

  3. 03

    Progress you can see

Goal maps, written plans and check-in reviews mean you always know where you started and how far you’ve come.

What we’re not

Honest about the edges

  • Not therapy. We don’t diagnose or treat. If something deeper comes up, we refer you to licensed professionals we trust.
  • Not a subscription. Pay once for a program. No auto-renewals, no upsell calls.
  • Not guru-led. No stages, no “secrets”. Just trained coaches doing careful, confidential work.

Not sure where to start?

That’s what the free call is for. Twenty minutes with a coach, an honest read on whether coaching fits — and a clear next step either way.
