We want you to feel safe trying coaching. Here is the whole policy — no small print.
After your first session
If coaching isn’t for you after the first paid session, tell us within seven days and we’ll refund every unused session in full.
Later in a program
You can stop at any time. Unused sessions can be refunded at the program’s per-session rate, minus any assessment costs already incurred.
Rescheduling
- Free up to 24 hours before a session.
- Inside 24 hours, the session counts as used — waived once per program for emergencies.
Group circles and intensives
Group circles are refundable up to seven days before the first circle. VIP Intensive Days are refundable up to 14 days before the date, or can be moved once for free.
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method, within 5–10 business days.
