ElevateLife Coaching (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or book coaching, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Details you give us in the booking or contact form: name, email, phone, time zone and what you’d like to work on.
- Session notes your coach keeps to prepare for your next session.
- Basic, anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type) to keep the site working well.
How we use it
Only to arrange and deliver coaching, reply to your questions and send session summaries. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Confidentiality
What you say in sessions stays between you and your coach, in line with the ICF Code of Ethics. The only exceptions are where the law requires disclosure or someone’s safety is at serious risk. If an employer pays for your coaching, they receive attendance only unless you agree otherwise in writing.
How long we keep it
Booking enquiries that don’t become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for three years after your last session, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@elevatelife.coach.
