FAQ

Straight answers.

If yours isn’t here, ask on the free call or send us a message — we answer every one.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy often looks back to heal; coaching looks forward to act. We work with healthy, functioning people on goals and change. If a fit call suggests therapy would serve you better, we’ll say so and point you to a licensed professional.

Is the intro call really free?

Yes. Twenty minutes, no card required, no pressure to buy. Most people know by the end of the call whether they want to continue.

How do I pay, and when?

Every program is a one-time card payment, taken when you book online — nothing recurring. Your receipt lands in your inbox and your account. Employers can be invoiced directly.

How long do my sessions last?

Sessions stay valid for six months from your first one. Life happens — pause any time and pick up where you left off.

Can I switch coaches?

Any time, free. Fit matters more than anything else in coaching, and nobody takes it personally.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before a session at no cost. Inside 24 hours the session is used, though we’ll waive it once per program for genuine emergencies.

Is what I share confidential?

Completely. Our coaches follow the ICF Code of Ethics. If your employer pays, they receive attendance only — never session content.

Do you coach outside Austin?

Yes. Online sessions are available anywhere in the US, in most time zones, from 7am to 8pm Central.

Not sure where to start?

That’s what the free call is for. Twenty minutes with a coach, an honest read on whether coaching fits — and a clear next step either way.
